Do MySQL has a Foriegn Key support

The answer for this is yes. In the latest version of MySQL it support Foriegn Keys.

This is only applicable for the InnoDB tables and not for the MyISAM.

InnoDB table
– Can be used when there is a need to do transaction which requires DML (insert, delete, update).

MyISAM table
– Used when the record need to be read only like in the news web pages.
